Pre work swim. Felt a bit wheezy and apprehensive. Sign said 17 degrees, didn't believe a digit of it. Felt as cold as judgement day. Warmed up after a few lengths. Battled on to swim a dozen.
Nice start to the day. Stocked up on healthy breakfasts and lunches for work. Ten days till London to Brighton. can't wait.
