Water temperature: 20 degreesYet another pre-work morning swim. I'm getting good at this. Felt a little tired but happy to be there. The lady who swims with the shower cap has a new nattering partner, a lady who swims in a green baseball cap.
Managed a leisurely 12 lengths under a sun that didn't seem too bothered this morning. Making the most of my season ticket.
