Water temperature: 17 degrees
Another pre work swim. Water temperature has dropped three degrees - that aint soulful man.
Anyway, I've lost or misplaced my wash bag which has my goggles and my swim hat in it. Using DT's goggles which don't let any water in at all. Much better than my Zoggs. Swam a lovely 12 lengths, really ought to do more.
I've kind of promised myself a day a The Lido before the kids start their holidays, can't see that happening now. Oh well, I still love the lido when it's noisy and busy.
